Shipping Policy

At Sunken Beauty, each piece is individually handcrafted to order. Because of the time required for preparation, finishing, curing and final quality checks, our standard production time is 3–5 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

Estimated timeframe

• Production and preparation: 3–5 weeks
• Delivery time: depends on the destination and courier service
• You will receive an update once your order has been dispatched

Please note that all lead times are estimates. As every piece is handmade, minor delays can occasionally occur due to the nature of the materials, curing times or circumstances outside our control. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We take particular care when packaging our furniture to reduce the risk of damage during transit. We ask customers to inspect their order shortly after delivery and contact us promptly if the item arrives damaged.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is completed.

For bespoke or customised orders, the production timeframe may vary depending on the selected materials, finish and level of customisation. Any substantial difference from the standard 3–5 week lead time will be communicated before production begins.
